BAD DECISION ON CHAVEZ

Was the Marvin Chavez trial and verdict the people versus Marvin Chavez or
the puppets versus Marvin Chavez? ["Chavez faces prison," Editorial, Nov.
20]. The unjust judge barred his only defense under Proposition 215. Chavez
made a good faith effort to implement the will of the people. So who will
provide medical marijuana to relieve the pain of those who need it? Robin
Hood?
