Something about how it destroys ambition or performance or something? That this is untrue has again been demonstrated by snowboarder Ross Rebagliati winning the Olympic gold, and then having the Olympic committee attempting to take it away for finding traces of marijuana in his system. When President Nixon initiated the present War on Drugs, his own surgeon general and his own commission on marijuaan both recommended legalization. The war goes on, because it jails unpopular elements of society, at enormous taxpayer expense. Janet Gilles Austin
