The following actions took place in Centre County court in Bellefonte on
Wednesday:

MARIJUANA POSSESSION

Retired Penn State professor Julian Heicklen, who allegedly smoked
marijuana in public to protest marijuana laws, was bound over for trial on
charges of marijuana possession.

Arraignment is scheduled for July 27.
