But the likelihood of getting most of that money appears dim. That's because it's owed by convicted felons who failed to pay Arizona92s marijuana tax, which was repealed a year ago. The State Department of Revenue notes that many of those who owe are in prison and have no ability to pay. Yet, the tax folks have placed liens against 520 of those people.
