Re "Medical marijuana collides with power politics," Peter King
column, Feb.  14: The arrest of medical marijuana patients is tyranny.
In light of Proposition 215, medical marijuana patients should never
be arrested. Many thanks to Steve and Michelle Kubby, who insist on a
jury trial and refuse to bargain with justice (plea bargain).

I hope that Steve Kubby runs for president next time round, because I
know he believes in liberty, and I am a libertarian too.
