You can't very well have a zero-tolerance drug policy and allow
someone who admits to using illegal drugs to become the leader of the
country. Any illegal drug user will be able to say that even the
president once used. Which brings up the question: Is a policy that
uncompromisingly disqualifies even someone who is otherwise highly
regarded a good one?
