THE DRUGS DON'T WORK

SIR - It is with amusement that I hear people will now be banned from
prison for supplying illegal substances. Can we now expect a flurry of
legal action by those who were banned from the outside world for the same
offence? I suspect that the Government will have to embark on a regime of
dope dealing to fund the compensation awards. On which side of the asylum
wall are we, I wonder?
