STOP WASTING MY MONEY

There is one argument overlooked in the debate to re-legalize
marijuana. Taxes.  How many millions or perhaps billions of dollars in
taxes have been wasted on police time, court time and jail time of
individuals partaking in something as benign as smoking a joint?  Stop
wasting my money.
