Where there is life there is hope, in death there is none: You cannot
rehabilitate or "cure" a dead person. Let's keep them alive and keep
trying to find the best outcomes for managing drug use.

Let's be the smart country and find the best policies. Let's hang in
there and help these people get their lives back on track.

We can do it if we maximise our choice of tactics and support our
doctors to seek all the possible ways of treating this condition.
