DRUGS AND DALLAGLIO

Sir: If I discovered that my daughter had taken and supplied drugs several
years ago, I would pronounce her a fool. I would want to convince myself
that the practice had been discontinued, while at the same time being aware
that she had shown moments of weakness similar to those we have all been
prone to at some stage of our lives. I would be concerned as to whether her
recreational use of drugs had been in any way habit-forming and, if it had,
I would give her all the love and compassion at my disposal to help her
overcome the addiction.

If I discovered that she was one of the "investigative" reporters who had
set up Lawrence Dallaglio, I would disown her.
