A PUBLIC school head shrugged off an incident in which four of his pupils
were found with cannabis, calling it "no big deal."

And Peter Smith claimed that half of ALL 16-year-olds used the drug.

The four, aged 16 and 17, left 14,000 pound Bradfield College near Reading,
Berks, after being caught with small amounts of pot.

Mr Smith said: "I didn't expel them, the parents removed them.  It's no big
deal, 50 per cent of 16-year-olds use cannabis."
