CHENNAI: The Narcotics Intelligence Bureau (NIB) is increasingly worried about the spread of the drug culture among the student community in the state. It has started taking the help of students themselves in forming 'drug busters' in educational institutions in an effort to curb the growth of the dangerous trend.
