U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert says he supports states' rights, yet he opposes Oregon's voter-approved rights concerning medical marijuana and physician-assisted suicide.

That makes me wonder why Rep. Greg Walden is using Hastert for fund raising. Who will Walden exploit next time to help him make money? Or does Walden agree with Hastert?

I also wonder why the only way to hear speeches by these government employees is to write a check equal to a couple of months rent.

Hastert does not represent Oregonians. Walden's ability to do that is becoming questionable as well.
