OLYMPIC VALLEY - 1998 California gubernatorial candidate Steven Kubby of Olympic Valley was arrested and jailed Tuesday on several marijuana-related charges. Kubby, 52, and his wife, Michele, 32, were arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana for sale, cultivation of marijuana and conspiracy, according to a report from the North Tahoe Task Force.
