Alcohol prohibition did not work, and neither has drug prohibition. Both resulted in gangs, murder and lawlessness. Anyone can buy drugs whenever they want. We should establish a system similar to the manner in which liquor is sold. Such an arrangement system would limit somewhat the availability of drugs to minors. Sam R. Hunter Amarillo [end]
