Lawyer John Morgan spent millions getting the "Use of Marijuana for Certain Medical Conditions" amendment on the ballot. I watched the televised debate between Morgan and the Sheriff Grady Judd of Polk County.

The sheriff pointed out multiple problems the other 23 states have had enforcing the use for medical purposes only. Many laws have to go to the courts for final testing. That's where Morgan gets his money back. Also certain licensed growers will be selected to grow and sell. How are they going to control that?
