On behalf of the School-based Prevention Program I would like to thank the Revelstoke Community Foundation for their generous gift of $1,000. The Revelstoke Community Foundation is committed to helping improve the health of youth in Revelstoke. Their support is greatly appreciated. Each year the School-based Prevention Program continues to work towards promoting healthy and drug-free lifestyles. The Community Foundation's generous contribution will help us work with youth to develop a broad range of health-promotion activities at Revelstoke Secondary School. Substance abuse is a daunting issue facing many communities across the province. This project will enable youth to become engaged in health promotion and plan meaningful strategies for themselves. Together we can make a difference! Lory Borges School-based Prevention Co-ordindator Interior Health Authority Revelstoke, B.C. [end]
