To the Editor:

On Thursday, March 20, three state representatives from Rochester, Bill Brennan, Pam Hubbard and Julie Brown, voted to decriminalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana.

As a parent of two children in Rochester schools and taxpayer from Rochester, I am demanding that Bill Brennan and Pam Hubbard resign their Rochester School Board seats immediately. Their vote sends the wrong message to the students of Rochester. I would list the negative ramifications of their actions, but I don't think this paper would publish a letter that long. Also, as a registered Republican, I'm calling on the Strafford County Republican Committee to remove Julie Brown from the New Hampshire State Republican Committee.
