Mayor Brian Taylor's last election platform, according to him at the time, was not based on any pro marijuana activism. That was not on his local government agenda!

Co-councillor Davies based her platform on her previous business experience. I guess we should have asked more questions about that!

According to the (CBC) CannaBiz documentary, Mayor Taylor based his electoral victory on the local changing of attitudes - more tolerance to the use of marijuana. I strongly take exception to this. The voters did not change; Taylor was deceptive. Marijuana was not in his election platform.
