Editor: Not providing identification at the polls? 80,000 voters? Not going to disqualify them? How strange. It was my impression would-be voters would not get a ballot if they did not provide ID. I heard a TV news reader comment that persons who were not legally registered were very likely voters for Prop. 203. If that is the case, and despite cost and inconvenience to the Assistant Attorney General Brennan, it does seem to me those ballots should be counted and Prop. 203 recounted as it obviously promises to create more problems than it cures.
