EASTON - Easton Area School District officials are using a western Pennsylvania district as a model in crafting a drug-testing policy and hope it will be as effective here as it has been there. Since the Clairton City School District introduced its pre-employment drug-testing policy one year ago, at least one prospective teacher was not hired due to a positive test result.
