It was with shock and profound dismay that I learned of Prime Minister Jean Chretien's comment that when marijuana is de-criminalized, he might try it. Is the government just testing us to see how much we will put up with without physically turfing him out? I am incensed. I am desperately trying to raise a decent family and I must explain to my children that our prime minister cannot be respected because he may engage in an activity which I have made clear to them is very wrong.
