For years, officials have estimated 90 percent of the people who go through Flathead District Court are there on methamphetamine-related charges. No one really knows where that figure originated or how accurate it might have been during the peak years of meth-lab raids and arrests around 2000 and 2001. But now, the figure is likely closer to 30 percent. On Thursday, 46 people were scheduled for felony criminal-case hearings.
