When I first read the opinion by Jeff Moore (Caving in on drugs) I thought that a person like that must be a real moron, but after I thought about it I started feeling sorry for him.

The guy can never leave his home and enjoy himself as even going to a baseball game -- not even the Brewers, but a local game-- would make him party to a crime as someone there might be smoking pot and he would know hence deserve a ticket for being there. He can't be a person that goes to the mall because someone might smoke something in one of the restrooms and, again, he would, of course, know and deserve a ticket.
