The blood of the American missionary and her daughter, killed when their plane was shot down in Peru, is on the hands of the U.S. and Peruvian governments. I wonder what would happen if Air Force One was shot down because it was suspected of carrying illegal drugs? Just one more reason the "war on some drugs" must end!
