RAS AL KHAIMAH - The General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare, in coordination with the Ras Al Khaimah Police Public Relations and Moral Guidance Department, opened an art exhibition at the Ghalila Women's Summer Activities Centre yesterday. Brigadier Mohammed Al Noubi, Assistant Director of Ras Al Khaimah Police Administration, opened the exhibition, which was attended by police officers from various departments, staff of Ghalila Summer Activities Centre and many residents living in Ghalila. The exhibition highlights paintings showcasing the harmful effects of drugs on youth and on the society as a whole. The works of art at the exhibition have been done by the students from various schools in Ras Al Khaimah. Later, Mr Al Noubi distributed medals and appreciation certificates to the students and staff of the centre. [end]
