The Vision crowd at Vancouver City Hall appears to represent those who refuse to obey the regulations that city council is supposed to consider its primary task.

Ride a bike to block the traffic or smoke a joint? Who cares? Even better, sell illegal marijuana and this leadership under Mayor Gregor Robertson will give out licences. They not only look the other way, they fund and promote the activity with the taxpayers' limited finances.

Are the voters such fools that they don't insist the laws be changed before Vision can proceed with its misguided policies?
