Just in case lawmakers are interested in what the citizenry thinks about the recent marijuana eradication operations on the Big Island, to judge from the amount of pure, unadulterated hostility the DEA helicopters generated in my neighborhood, it wouldn't have been a surprise if the collective stink-eye had blown them out of the skies. If there's such a thing as karma, it may take a couple of lifetimes of community service for the perpetrators of these crimes to pay their debt to society for all the days they ruined, and all the people they totally bummed out.
