I find the whole situation with dope in Canada ridiculous. On one hand the police say that they "focus on drugs further up the chain" and on the other they basically allow the creation of a demand for drugs. If there's a demand there's going to be supply with all the amenities such as grow-ops, shootings, robberies, etc.
