This tutorial will lead you though the steps to export email addresses for media 250 km or closer to Calgary, Alberta.

1). First, log into the media db

2). Click on the "Media Sources" link

3). You should get this search form

4). Enter "Calgary" for city and "AB" for state/province. (AB is the abbreviation for the Canadian province of Alberta.)

5). enter "250" after "within" and select "kilometers"

6). click on "search" to begin the search

7). you should see a list of results like that

8).go down to the bottom of the list of results, where it says "Export".
click on the "Email" button

9). you should then see the list of email addresses.
