Freed on bail last month, they left clutching boxes of Crown evidence, which defence lawyer Randall Barrs said later is only half of what's expected. Mr. Barrs's ninth client, 60-year-old Michael DiCicco, is recovering from surgery after a heart attack while in custody. The raid Jan. 10 on the former Molson brewery in Barrie yielded a crop estimated to be worth up to $30-million. The case was put over until March 24. - --- MAP posted-by: Larry Seguin
