Rally organizer Tom Angell, 21, said the event was delayed one day because of the storm, but was scheduled to coincide with about 50 other similar rallies in cities across the nation. Members of Americans for Safe Access gathered outside the JFK Federal Building and demanded that the government stop closing down medical dispensaries and punishing sick patients for using cannabis. - --- MAP posted-by: Doc-Hawk
