HELP LOCATING POT IS REQUESTED
Police Want Citizens' Help Putting A Dent In The Pot Industry.
Crime Stoppers is looking for tips about outdoor marijuana crops.
The outdoor cultivation of marijuana in Peterborough County has been a
major problem for officers for a long time, say police.
Pot is grown in fields alongside other crops, without the knowledge or
consent of landowners. Pot is also grown in wooded areas.
If you spot some pot, make note of the location and call Crime
Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 .
You will never be required to identify yourself or testify in court.
If your information leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash
reward.
