He also alleged those people are now being sent letters by drug enforcement authorities to entrap them. "These people are being set up to be busted in their own homes," Emery said. "They should be very alarmed." Emery is wanted on drug charges in the U.S. on conspiracy to sell marijuana seeds. The U.S. wants him extradited to face the charges. A letter on Emery's website claims 200 to 300 June orders took unusually long to get to clients.
