PROPOSITION 215 MENTIONS CULTIVATION

In your Feb. 26 editorial regarding the new pot ordinance, you stated:
"Proposition 215 never said anything about growing."

Unfortunately, you got it dead wrong.

Proposition 215 states in pertinent part: "... Section 11358, relating
to the cultivation of marijuana, shall not apply to a patient, or to a
patient's primary caregiver, who ... cultivates marijuana for the
personal medical purposes of the patient upon the written or oral
recommendation or approval of a physician."

Yo, editorial staff, you do know that "cultivation" means "growing,"
right?
