Comments | LEAP Executive Director, Jack Cole, will be interviewed on CBC TV News Sunday, in Toronto Canada at 9:30 a.m. January 25, 2004, about the causes of police corruption. The reason for the interview is that six members of a Toronto Metropolitan Police drug squad were arrested this week and face charges of corruption. Jack Cole spent twelve of his 26-year career working as an undercover officer in a police drug squad. Cole will attribute corruption of public officials to the failed war on drugs and the prohibition policies that have spawned that war.
